1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering, purchasing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use following changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information; update it promptly if it changes.

3. Products, Descriptions & Availability

• We sell Vastu/religious products and related items. Images are for illustration; actual color/finish may vary.
• We attempt accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, inventory, or other content is error-free. In case of an error, we may correct it and contact you or cancel and refund the order.
• All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Offers

• Prices are listed in INR and include/exclude taxes as indicated on the checkout page. Applicable taxes will be displayed before payment.
• Promotions, coupons, and offers are subject to specific terms and a validity period. We may modify or withdraw offers at our discretion.
• Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on your address, cart value, and chosen method.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion, including for pricing/stock errors, suspicious activity, or payment issues.
• Order confirmation is sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp. If we cancel after payment, we will process a refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Title and risk pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier or your door, as per the shipping method used.

6. Payments

We accept online payments through trusted third-party payment gateways and processors (e.g., cards, net banking, UPI, wallets). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and the relevant payment service to process the transaction for the order amount, including shipping and taxes.

• Security: Payment gateways follow industry standards (including PCI-DSS where applicable). Your card/UPI details are processed by the payment provider; we do not store full card/UPI credentials.
• Verification: Orders may be subject to additional verification (KYC, OTP, 3-D Secure). Failure may cause delays or cancellation.
• Chargebacks: For disputed transactions, you agree to cooperate in good faith. Resolutions follow card network/UPI rules.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Delays

• We ship to serviceable pin codes via reputed logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout/confirmation but are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to high demand, weather, operational issues, or force majeure (see Section 16). We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
• Please inspect the package on delivery. If tampered or damaged, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with photos/video.

8. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Our detailed policy is available at Refund & Cancellation Policy. Summary:

• Order Cancellation: Request before dispatch for a full refund where possible. Once shipped, cancellation may not be available.
• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within the specified window on the product page, in original condition with all tags/packaging.
• Non-returnable: Used items, customized products, consumables, or items marked “Final Sale” are generally not returnable unless defective.
• Refunds: Processed to original payment method within the usual banking timelines after QC approval.

9. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

• Do not misuse the Site: no hacking, scraping, malware, spam, or infringement.
• Do not copy, mirror, or frame the Site or content without our consent.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content (text, graphics, logos, images, code) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws.
• You may not use our trademarks or product imagery for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

11. Reviews, Comments & User Content

• By posting content (reviews, comments, images), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Site and marketing.
• You represent that you own/hold rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or laws.
• We may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information, including payment processing.

13. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own discretion.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Site and all products/services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

15. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenues/data arising from your use of the Site or products.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, network or utility failures, or logistics disruptions.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VastuShashtra.com, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

18. Communications Consent (Email/SMS/WhatsApp)

• By providing your contact details at checkout/account/subscribe forms, you consent to receive transactional and service communications.
• Marketing communications are sent with consent where required. You can unsubscribe via the provided links or by contacting us.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 20 (Dispute Resolution) below, the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Dispute Resolution

In case of any concern or dispute, please first contact our Grievance Officer (details below). We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may seek remedies before the courts as per Section 19.

21. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or as required by law.
• Upon termination, provisions intended to survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) shall continue in effect.

22. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and products.
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
